Refund & Return Policy

At Aina Adna, we truly appreciate your support. Every piece is carefully checked before shipping to ensure you receive the best quality.

As a small fashion brand, we aim to balance fairness to our customers while maintaining sustainable business practices. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. Please Choose Carefully

We encourage customers to review:

  • Product descriptions

  • Fabric details

  • Size measurements

  • Color information

As all items are prepared with care, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference on color or material

  • Minor measurement differences (±1–3cm)

  • Slight color variation due to screen display

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services

We are always happy to assist with sizing questions before purchase.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We will gladly assist if:

  • You received the wrong item, OR

  • The item has a major manufacturing defect

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel

  • Provide your order number

  • Attach clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, unworn

  • Keep tags attached and packaging intact

Requests submitted after 3 days may not be eligible.

3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items go through a quality inspection.

For hygiene and fairness reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn

  • Tags have been removed

  • There are signs of perfume, makeup, stains, washing, ironing, or alteration

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our conditions.

If a return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

If your return is approved:

Option 1: Replacement
We will send a replacement item (subject to stock availability).

Option 2: Store Credit
If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Please note:

  • Refunds are generally issued as store credit only

  • Store credit is valid for 30 days

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Cash refunds are only provided if required by applicable law.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or being unclaimed, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sale, promotional events, bundles, or clearance are:

  • Final sale

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable

This allows us to offer better promotional pricing.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.

However, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
